Upon travelling from Kalo Chorio of Larnaca to Mosfiloti, the first village you will meet is the one of Agia anna. Before you enter the village, on your left you will see a beautiful view. A phenomenon that is rarely produced and it is worth being seen by any lover of rivers, waters and nature in general.
Tremithos, the river that crosses the small community of Agia Anna, creates small but magnificent waterfalls. The river flows violently and wildly in its bed among a landscape “drowned” from the colors of the wild flowers and mostly those of anemones.
The small waterfalls do not last for long. The river basin is small and the flow of water at its bed will stop in a few weeks.
