The Holy Church of Agios Kyriakos Anachoritis is built in Kampos tis Tsakkistras is a 1881 construction and it was built after another, smaller one that was there from the Frank Empire dedicated to Agios Kyriakos, was demolished.
It is a gabled Basilica church, built opposite the monument in the honour of the Heroes of the community and a few dozen metres away from the big square of the village, on the west shore of the Kampos river.
Agios Kyriakos was born in Corinth during the 5th century. He lived 107 years in a Christian, monk life. He is celebrated on the 29th of September.
