The Carolina park was created due to the obligation of the land owner on which the Ilioupoli (sun city) was built, for green spaces, just as the law imposes for land separation.
It is relatively a small park, in comparison to the dimensions of the new settlement of Ilioupoli. It is found on the boundaries of Idalio (Idalium) Municipality. It is a park that was created just for the sake of its existence. Its dimensions are not sufficient for walking, it has very few benches, some of which are broken, and they do not offer the opportunity of rest. It has no facilities, not even a small kiosk. Water for human consumption is not available. Toilets? Do not even think about it.
