In slight distance and south of the Church of Saints Varnavas and Ilarionas, you find the Muslim Mosque of Peristerona.
The Mosque is abandoned and it is probable that it has been decades ever since the last time it received believers. It is situated in a central point of the village and you can see its high minaret that has two balconies from any point of Peristerona.
